Mr. Hardisson is the Founder, President, and CEO of Montcure LLC, where he combines high business acumen with a focus on delivering innovative, data-driven solutions for both public and private sector clients. With over three decades of leadership experience, Mr. Hardisson specializes in financial management discipline and accountability, disruptive technology development and deployment, supply chain optimization, policy development, and internal audits. His ability to lead teams through complex challenges and drive operational excellence has made him a trusted advisor across various industries.

A former Big-4 principal, Mr. Hardisson has honed his expertise in strategic advisory services, applying his agility and deep business knowledge to solve critical issues for commercial and government clients alike. He has also served as an active-duty Marine Corps officer and later as a Civil Servant within the Department of Defense, experiences that shape his strategic thinking and understanding of mission-driven goals.
